The Levetts Lane Residents Association Boot Sale will take place on August 27 in the Castle Inn garden. To book a boot, phone Tracey on 01580 830981. The committee meeting will take place on August 13, 7.30pm in the Parish Room.

Now the school holidays are with us, Stagecoach do a very good deal . Buy an adult explorer ticket for £6 and take up to three children for 10p each. For more information call 08456 002299 and if you come to Bodiam Castle by bus service 349 the castle do a two for one entry. Bus tickets must be valid on the day and a completed Buzz Passport voucher presented at entry to the castle. You can get a Buzz Passport from Stagecoach.

A date for your diary: Bodiam is to have an event for Macmillan Cancer Support on September 30 at 1pm with raffle, tombola, refreshments and find the coin. More news soon about the event.

Sad to say idiot or idiots are back in Bodiam. Who put mud over the letterbox in Levetts Lane? Can someone tell me please.
