Kez, 34, is a community volunteer with Bognor Community Action Network based at the youth centre in Westloats Lane.

The BBC's visit came four months after it was at the centre seeing how individuals had benefited from being trained to cook a healthy meal for four for 4.

Politics Show reporter Danielle Glavin said: "We want to see how easy it is to buy on a budget from butchers and other smaller shops."
