The Society enjoyed a fine dry night for their big event, which saw bonfire societies from across the county converging on the village to take part in a torchlit procession down the lanes.

Taking part were societies from Hastings, Rye, Battle, Staplecross, Robertsbridge and Northiam as well as a number of drumming groups including Stix, Section Five and Ninfield’s own drummers.
