Boy, 13, injured in Hastings collision

A teenage boy was injured aftr his bike collided with a car on Friday afternoon (August 14).

Paramedics attended the scene of the collision on the A2101 Albert Road, near the Carlisle Pub.

A South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) spokesman said the incident involved a vehicle and a cyclist.

A Sussex Police spokesman said the collision happened at around 3.50pm.

“The 13-year-old boy cyclist suffered minor injuries and was taken to the Conquest Hospital. The driver of the car was unhurt,” the spokesman added.
