BREAKING NEWS: Death at East Worthing railway station

TRAIN services were delayed after a man died at East Worthing railway station this morning (Wednesday, January 28).

Police sealed off the station until around 9am as rail investigators and the coroner's office examined the scene.

A British Transport Police spokesman said the man died at around 7am after being struck by the 6.35am Brighton to Portsmouth Harbour service.

He said the man's death is not being treated as suspicious.
