A 53-year-old man has been charged with causing the death of another driver after his lorry overturned on the A27 near Polegate.
Steven Copping died after his Volvo V60 was crushed by a Renault lorry that overturned on the A27 between Polegate and Lewes on March 5.
Mr Copping, 49, of Byrneside, Hildenborough, Kent, died at the scene.
The driver of the lorry, David Hare, has now been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
Hare, of Ford, near Salisbury, Wiltshire, has been released on bail to appear at Hastings Magistrates’ Court on September 2.
