Brighton Agency Picks Up Prestigious TikTok Award

Gen Z Talent, a Brighton-based influencer marketing agency founded by two university students, has been Highly Commended in the Best Performance category at the first ever TikTok Awards UK. The agency was recognized for its work with travel app LuckyTrip.

The TikTok Awards UK celebrated the best campaigns, creators, and agencies on the platform in 2022. A panel of judges from across the UK advertising industry reviewed and scored hundreds of entries.

The campaign with LuckyTrip was nominated in the Best Performance category, alongside campaigns from major brands such as Tampax, M·A·C, Jack Wills, Boots, and L'Oreal.

The judges praised the campaign for its creativity, effectiveness, and measurable impact, and decided to award it with the Highly Commended prize in recognition of its exceptional performance.

The campaign drove over 85,000 downloads for LuckyTrip in a month and while the campaign was running, they took the top spot as the most downloaded travel app in the UK Apple App Store and the third most downloaded app out of all apps. Temporarily, LuckyTrip was more downloaded than TikTok itself.

Gen Z Talent was founded by Remy Beaumont and Rhett Galvin in 2021, while they were studying at the University of Reading. The agency has grown rapidly, working with a range of brands and businesses to deliver successful influencer marketing campaigns on TikTok and other social media platforms.
