The service helps older people with queries on all aspects of later life including offering welfare benefits checks for those who are in poverty and worried about paying their bills or staying warm in winter.
It can also offer advice on issues like independent living, accessing social care and tackling loneliness and isolation.
The donation from OneFamily is through its Foundation, which aims to support good causes its customers care about.
