Fire crews were called to reports of a broken tree limb hanging down from a tree in Worthing.
West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service confirmed crews were alerted to the incident in Offington Lane at 3.26pm on Wednesday (May 5).

Hide Ad“Joint Fire Control mobilised one crew from Worthing Fire Station along with the Aerial Ladder Platform,” said a spokesman.
They added: “Once on scene, firefighters used the Aerial Ladder Platform and were able to cut the broken branch down and make the scene safe. They booked away from the incident at 5.04pm.”
