“We all know somebody who has been supported by the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital and the wonderful Trevor Mann Baby Unit. Many of us at Nutshell have young families ourselves and are delighted to be lending a hand in support.”

Rockinghorse raises money for life-saving and cutting-edge medical equipment for the many babies, children and young people who use these facilities.

Analiese Doctrove, head of fundraising, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been chosen as Nutshell’s charity of the year. We’re very much looking forward to working with them to help us to continue to raise vital funds for our work.”

The family-run company Nutshell Construction was founded in 2008 and has built up a portfolio of both heritage and new-build properties.
