Bulbs to brighten up Rustington schools

Winter may be only a whisker away, but pupils at Rustington’s three primary schools are preparing for a colourful spring.

Georgian Gardens, Summerlea and Rustington schools have planted bulbs in their grounds, with the help of parish council chairman and vice-chairman Andy Cooper and Phil Evans.

The council has shared out 2,000 bulbs with the schools and other village organisations. Mr Cooper is pictured planting bulbs with Summerlea pupils George Dagg and Darcey Tidy.
