Burglary charges

A Bognor Regis man has been remanded in custody until next February in connection with alleged burglaries around the town.

Boguslaw Rapp (27), a Polish national, appeared before Chichester magistrates last Friday after being charged with two burglary offences.

His arrest by police followed a recent appeal in the local media regarding cold callers around Bognor and Felpham area.

A Sussex Police spokesman has thanked the public for their calls in response to their appeal and reminded them to be vigilant against unexpected doorstep callers.
