Business Federation to host emergency debate on economy

THE 1066 Federation of Small Businesses announced this week that it will be hosting an emergency meeting in Bexhill on the state of the economy.

The panel will be chaired by federation chairman Brett McLean. Panel members will include Bexhill, Battle and Pevensey MP and Shadow Environment Minister Gregory Barker, Rother District Council chief executive Derek Stevens, Liberal Democrat prospective parliamentary candidate Mary Varrell and lead members for Rother District Council.

The date and venue for the meeting will be released shortly.

The 1066 FSB held a similar event in Hastings with the Hastings and Rye MP Michael Foster. Brett McLean said this week that this meeting proved to be a complete success.
