Cafe and coffee shop opens in Horsham town centre

The coffee shop, opposite Cromptons, enjoys good views of the stream and a central location.

It is run by Charlotte ‘Lottie’ Campbell, 25, of Horsham, who used to work at the site six years ago when it was the Little Black Olive.

She said: “I’ve always had a big interest in good quality food and giving great service to customers - it’s nice to please people and see how happy they are when leaving.”

She added: “We are supporting local suppliers such as Coffee Real, New Street Butchers and The Hungry Guest for our products.

“Nearly all of our products are Sussex sourced. It is important to us to support local businesses.”

Carol Harding, 57, of Horsham, in her second visit to the cafe on Thursday said: “Lottie is a friendly person very willing to oblige to customer needs.

“We used to come here years ago, we heard she was back so came to see her because she’s a nice and friendly person.”
