Car attacked atStrand in Rye
A CAR parked at the Strand in Rye was broken into on Sunday.
The thief attempted to hammer off the ignition lock.
Elsewhere in Rye a garage was broken into at North Salts last Friday and garden equipment stolen.
A gas bottle was stolen from a caravan plot at Rye Harbour Road on Friday.
