Car crash on A27 flyover

AMBULANCE and fire crews were called to a collision at Strettington yesterday afternoon (September 9).

A car and van crashed on the A27 flyover at the A285 junction.

The fire brigade said a woman and a man were assisted from the vehicles by paramedics and rescue crews. They were both checked over at the scene.

Fire and rescue crews from Chichester and Bognor Regis attended the accident at 1.49pm, leaving the scene at 2.09pm.
