Caring company receive award
Care at Home Services (South East), whose head office is based at Little Common, has been presented with the Investors in People Award.
Launched in 1991, Investors in People (IiP), is described as 'transforming organisations performance by targeting chosen business priorities.'

Hide AdCare at Home Services (South East) received the award following a report from an IiP assessor who spent six days interviewing staff and reviewing management, training and HR procedures.
In the report, the IiP Recognition Panel wrote:
"Clearly your company invests heavily in its people from the outset, with excellent induction procedures. This is maintained throughout their career, resulting in loyal, proud and motivated individuals who feel valued and acknowledged."
Formed in 1993 Care at Home Services (South East) is one of the major providers of block domiciliary care services to both East Sussex and Kent Social Services, employing around 300 full and part-time staff across four branches in Bexhill, Hastings, Crowborough and Tunbridge Wells.
