Cash stolen from shop staff room
AN OPPORTUNISTIC thief stole £600 in cash from the staff room of a village shop.
The theft took place in High Street, Burwash, between 2.30-2.50pm on June 27.
Police are hunting a man in his 30s with tanned skin, who at the time of the offence was wearing a navy tracksuit and England baseball cap. Witnesses should call Sussex Police on 101.
