"There are many awards for different categories of business. If you are a winner the publicity can be worth many hundreds of pounds, it is also a real boost of the 'feel good factor' for you and your staff.

"There is now a category in the awards for Individual Achievement.

"Do you have an individual in your company who has made an outstanding contribution to your business or perhaps a trainee who has achieved outstanding results?

"It could be someone who wasn't performing well but has turned things around. I would ask you to consider nominating such a person, the kudos can do wonders for staff morale. Entries across all sectors will be welcome.
