Priding themselves on their first class reputation for customer service, Evonprint launched the awards in May 2015 as they wanted to reward those who go above and beyond the call of duty in the Sussex area.

Both the first and second rounds received remarkable responses from the public and Evonprint were thrilled to award Pets Corner’s Sophie Cook and owner of Lady Decorators, Gill Burn, after they were both nominated for their exceptional customer service.

Steve Rowland, Managing Director at Evonprint, commented: “We have all experienced good customer service at some point in our lives but rarely do we mention it when we do, although many of us are quite rightly quick to complain when we experience poor service!

“It’s been fantastic to award both Sophie and Gill with their certificates and luxury hampers and I look forward to rewarding the next winner.”

Every quarter, the nominee with the best customer service story will be presented with a hamper of prizes worth over £75, whilst the nominator will receive a £20 Love to Shop Voucher.

They can be, for example, a server in a restaurant, a shop assistant who has gone out of their way to help or a local taxi driver that has gone that extra mile (so to speak) –whoever they are Evonprint wants to hear about them!

The deadline to nominate someone is Sunday February 14.
