Charity golf day in town

A CHARITY golf day is being held in aid of a respite home for servicemen and women.

The charity golf day takes place on Friday, June 27, at Littlehampton Golf Club and will be held to raise funds for Princess Marina House.

The home, in Seafield Road, Rustington, is a Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund short break centre.

The centre offers the opportunity for relaxation and recuperation to members of the RAF family.

Entries are invited from teams of four players.

The competition includes 18 holes on a challenging links golf course, a two-course lunch and the chance to win various prizes.

The cost is £55 per person and the event starts at 9.30am.
