Charity money stolen from Rustington café

Police are appealing for witnesses after a charity box was stolen from a café in Rustington.

Sometime between 4.15pm on Friday (January 15) and 8.15am on Saturday (January 16), Café Oasis in The Street was broken into.

It is believed the intruder gained entry via a side window, and stole a Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance charity box and a small pot of staff tips.

Police are appealing for witnesses to email [email protected] or call 101, quoting serial 306 of 16/01.

Alternatively, you can call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 (www.crimestoppers-uk.org).
