Charity wants all your unwanted Christmas presents

AFTER twelfth night you wouldn’t expect many shops to still have any Christmas decorations up.

However, St Catherine’s Hospice shop on Jengers Mead, Billingshurst is leaving one Christmas stocking up all year round.

The giant stocking has been placed in store for people to donate any unwanted gifts from the festive period.

From bathbombs to pen sets, and everything in-between, the shop will be happy to find new owners for your unwanted presents.

Liz Cook, senior shop manager, said: “Our ‘Christmas Stock-in’ is a great way to help detox your cupboards this January.

“We promise not to tell your Great-Aunt Mildred that you didn’t like the pot pourri, and you can feel good knowing that you are helping to raise vital funds for your local hospice.

And if you’re a UK taxpayer you can gift aid your donations helping us raise 25% more.”

Donations can also be left at the store in East Street, Horsham or any of the other 11 St Catherine’s Hospice shops across Mid Sussex and East Surrey.
