CharlestonRecord bidis free foreveryone

Roger Crouch and the organisers of the Bexhill Roaring 20s event would like to clarify that the Guinness world record attempt for the world’s largest Charleston dance on Saturday July 18 is free to enter - there is no fee and you do not have to be sponsored to take part.

The statement sent out by Diabetes UK contained a number of factual errors. Claire Baldry will be a participant in the Charleston record attempt and will be personally sponsored in aid of Diabetes UK.

Any other people who wish to raise sponsorship personally should absolutely feel free to do the same if they so wish. However, it is important to note that this is entirely separate to the event and the Charleston world record bid, which remain free to enter.
