Chichester and Worthing court results

THE FOLLOWING are court results for Chichester and Worthing magistrates’ courts from October 6 to 9.

Paul Dickenson, 24, of Churchmead Close, Lavant, was fined £225 and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting using threatening words or behaviour in Gloucester Road, Bognor Regis, on September 19, 2015.

Gabriel Konrad, 61, of Rivermead Court, Westbourne Road, Emsworth, was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting stealing food worth £12.50 from Marks and Spencer in Chichester on June 5, 2015.

Graham Pasterfield, 57, of Aspen Way, Bognor Regis, was fined £275 and must pay £28 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (48mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Felpham Way, Bognor Regis, on September 18, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Chris Baxter, 18, of no fixed address, was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting possessing a lock-knife in Morrisons, Bognor Regis, on September 22, 2015. He must pay £80 victim surcharge and £180 criminal courts charge.

Tara Pearce, 46, of Tennyson Road, Bognor Regis, was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with a three-month curfew between 6pm and 6am, electronically monitored, after admitting fraud by abuse of position as a care key worker between June 20, 2014, and July 1, 2015. She must pay £100 victim surcharge, £85 costs. She was given a further 16-week consecutive prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, after admitting fraud by abuse of position as a care key worker between June 26, 2014, and July 1, 2015.

Robert Siddall, 32, of Olivers Meadow, Westgate, was fined £270 and must pay £27 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting a vehicle registered in his name did not meet insurance requirements.

Warren Sitton, 44, of Victoria Drive, Bognor Regis, was jailed for six weeks after admitting assault by beating at Barnham Railway Station on August 11, 2015. He was jailed for six weeks concurrent after admitting assault by beating in Bognor Regis on June 29, 2015. He also admitted failing to surrender to custody in Chichester on August 7, 2015, and stealing a bottle of sherry from Tesco on July 22, 2015, no separate penalty. He must pay £80 victim surcharge, £250 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Thomas Tennant, 24, of Stane Street Close, Codmore Hill, was fined £250 and must pay £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting assault by beating in Pulborough on September 18, 2015.

Michael Cassidy, 23, of Broyle Road, Chichester, was fined £400 and must pay £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (70mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Orchard Street, Chichester, on September 24, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Amber Stenner, 27, of Brooklands, Bognor Regis, was fined £80 and must pay £4.75 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting stealing a £4.75 bottle of wine from Co-op, Bognor Regis, on September 18, 2015.

Stephen Brewer, 43, of London Road, Watersfield, was fined £100 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Pulborough Road, Storrington, on May 6, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Jamie Mcisaac, 23, of Longford Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £375 and must pay £38 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in Upper Bognor Road, Bognor Regis, on April 3, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

Kevin Hames, 51, of Southdown Close, Midhurst, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Southdown Close, Midhurst, on June 9, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Anthony Rooke, 52, of Downland Court, Somerstown, Chichester, was fined £220 and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Falmer Road, Woodingdean, on April 15, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Dean Fielder, 28, of Cleve Way, Billingshurst, was fined £110 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 60mph speed limit on the A23 Pyecombe on April 9, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Nicholas Scrase, 54, of Blackgate Lane, Pulborough, was fined £400 and must pay £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting failing to identify a driver when required by police in Shoreham on June 10, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

John Toth, 22, of Platts Meadow, Billingshurst, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £350 costs, £180 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of possessing 1.62g of cannabis in Worthing on July 28, 2015.
