Chichester and Worthing court results

THE FOLLOWING are court results for Chichester and Worthing magistrates’ courts from September 1 to 4.

Richard Trust, 24, of Guilden Road, Chichester, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after being found guilty of drink-driving (101mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Chichester Road, Bognor Regis, on August 15, 2015. He must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge, and was disqualified from driving for 25 months.

Benjamin Greenwood, 23, of The Green, Chichester, was discharged conditionally for 18 months after admitting assault by beating; disorderly behaviour while drunk; and resisting a police constable in Chichester on February 2, 2015. He must pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

William Dunne, 47, of Chichester Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £365 and must pay £37 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge after admitting driving over the 50mph speed limit on the A27 Crossbush on April 16, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for seven days.

Rosie Holt, 27, of Droke Lane, East Dean, was fined £400 and must pay £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving over the 30mph speed limit on the A286 West Dean on November 6, 2014. She was disqualified from driving for 14 days.

Mandy Villiers, 50, of Park Crescent, Midhurst, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Station Road, Petworth, on March 5, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Thomas Fogden, 27, of Winterbourne Road, Chichester, was fined £400 and must pay £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of driving over the 60mph speed limit on the A27 West Ashling on May 31, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Andrew Bessant, 51, of Wells Crescent, Bognor Regis, was fined £37 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over 70mph on the A27 Hammerpot on September 27, 2014. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Michael Collins, 24, of Victoria Road, Emsworth, was fined £110 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting failing to identify a driver when required by police. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Gordon Owen, 77, of Sutton End, Sutton, was fined £257 and must pay £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention in Spitalfield Lane, Chichester, on April 3, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Natalie Panter, 34, of Hazel Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £267 and must pay £26 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Chalcraft Lane, Bognor Regis, on April 7, 2014. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Colum Hickland, 53, of Manor Park, Bognor Regis, was fined £465 and must pay £46 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in London Road, Coldwatham, on April 30, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Daniel Holland, 30, of Rivermead, Pulborough, was given a community order and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after admitting four charges of making off without payment. He must pay £59.99 compensation after admitting making off without payment for fuel in Upper Beeding on June 4, 2015. He must pay £30.66 compensation after admitting making off without payment for fuel in Wickhurst Lane, Broadbridge Heath. He must pay £53.04 compensation after admitting making off without payment for fuel in Worthing on August 1, 2015. He must pay £48.31 compensation after admitting making off without payment for fuel in Worthing on December 21, 2014. He must also pay £60 victim surcharge, £120 costs and £180 criminal courts charge.

Mark Harding, 51, of Harvest Courst, Rookwood Road, West Wittering, was given a community order after admitting assault by beating in Chichester on July 1, 2015. He must pay £50 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Piers Goddard, 44, of Stane Street Close, Codmore Hill, Pulborough, was fined £375 and must pay £37 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over 70mph on the A27 West Ashling on April 11, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with four points.

Vasile Hanganu, 25, of High Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £281 and must pay £28 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance on the A259 Chichester on April 5, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Tracey McTeare, 52, of Merchant Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £135 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Hotham Way, Bognor Regis, on February 12, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with four points.

Darren Phillimore, 30, of Pound Farm Road, Chichester, was fined £27 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £45 costs, after admitting driving over 70mph on the A27 Aldingbourne on March 13, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Gary Reeves, 58, of Lane End Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £245 and must pay £25 victim surcharge, £325 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (40mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Hook Lane, Bognor Regis, on June 23, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
