THE FOLLOWING are court results for Chichester and Worthing magistrates' courts from January 18 to 22.

Richard Singh, 22, of Ockley Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must have treatment for drug dependency after admitting producing cannabis in The Parade, Bognor Regis, on November 17, 2015, and possessing 3g of cannabis and cannabis resin in Bognor Regis, on November 17, 2015. He must pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Susan Burgess, 54, of Lake Road, Chichester, was fined £260 and must pay £26 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (44mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 Chichester on December 27, 2015. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Cornell Calin, 39, of Bedford Avenue, Bognor Regis, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (63mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A259 Colworth on December 27, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Sebastian Cross, 18, of North Street, Chichester, was discharged conditionally for 12 months after admitting disorderly behaviour while drunk in Bishop Luffa Close, Chichester, on December 28, 2015; resisting a police constable; and assaulting a police constable. He must pay £100 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Rafal Damasiewicz, 29, of Allestree Court, Walton Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £55 and must pay £50 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £150 costs, after admitting assaulting a police constable in Worthing on December 6, 2015. He was fined £55 and must pay £100 compensation after admitting assault by beating in Worthing on December 6, 2015. He was also fined £55 and must pay £50 compensation after admitting a second charge of assault by beating in Worthing on December 6, 2015.

Jamie Tennick, 29, of Lilac Close, Bognor Regis, was jailed for three weeks after being found guilty of assault by beating in Littlehampton on September 7, 2015. A suspended sentence of 12 weeks’ imprisonment, for stealing £935 on October 4, 2014, was imposed as a nine-week sentence, to run consecutively. He admitted two charges of failing to surrender to custody, no separate penalty.

Jordan Kennett, 36, of Hedge End, Barnham, was fined £150 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being drunk and disorderly in Beach Road, Littlehampton, on December 11, 2015.

Alicia Morley, 20, Trundle Close, Lavant, was discharged conditionally for 18 months after admitting assaulting a police constable in St Nicholas Road, Lavant, on January 1, 2016; and assaulting a police constable at Chichester Custody Centre on January 1, 2016. She must pay a total of £100 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs. She also admitted being drunk and disorderly in South Street, Chichester, on January 1, 2016, no separate penalty.

Jack Brooker, 19, of Walton Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with six-week curfew, electronically monitored, between 5pm and 5am, after admitting common assault in Bognor Regis on January 3, 2016; and damaging a £2 plastic bowl belonging to the ARC project on January 3, 2016. He must pay £2 compensation.

Lee Russell, 33, of Gravits Lane, Bognor Regis, was fined £345 and must pay £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (52mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Burnham Avenue, Bognor Regis, on January 1, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Jacob Mellor, 24, of Kings Drive, Pagham, was fined £350 and must pay £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, having admitted failing to stop after damaging a wall while driving in Nyetimber Lane, Pagham, on June 12, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with eight points. He was fined £235 after admitting failing to report the accident and a futher £235 after admitting driving without due care and attention. He admitted driving without a licence and driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Darlusz Ciesla, 42, of Imperial Court, Victoria Drive, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in High Street, Bognor Regis, on May 16, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

Robert Clayton, 47, of Havelock Court, Havelock Close, Bognor Regis, was fined £150 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 60mph speed limit on the A24 Dial Post on June 16, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Robin Boxall, 35, of High Trees, Hunston, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over 70mph in Aldingbourne on July 9, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Yves Lebrec, 55, of Grove Road, Chichester, was fined £110 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over 70mph on the A27 Patching on August 16, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

West Sussex Antique Timber, of Reliance Works, Newpound, Wisborough Green, was fined £750 and must pay £75 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to identify a driver when required by police in Shoreham on September 15, 2015.
