THE FOLLOWING are court results for Chichester and Worthing magistrates’ courts from October 12 to 16.

Ashley Dinan, 21, of Elm Tree Close, Selsey, was given a community order and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after being found guilty of driving dangerously in Whyke Lane, Chichester, on February 6, 2015. She must pay £60 victim surcharge, £500 costs and was disqualified from driving for 20 months. She was also found guilty of driving without insurance and driving without a licence, no separate penalty.

Sian Morris, 25, of Meadow Way, North Bersted, was given a community order with three-month curfew between 7pm and 7am, electronically monitored, and a restraining order, after admitting using threatening words or behaviour in Bognor Regis on June 24, 2015. She must pay £60 victim surcharge, £50 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Jacek Kloc, 28, c/o Northmoor Court, Stocker Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £50 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting disorderly behaviour while drunk in Stocker Road, Bognor Regis, on September 26, 2015.

Daud Khan, 19, of Velyn Avenue, Chichester, was given a community order and must carry out 40 hours’ unpaid work after admitting dishonestly making off without paying an £80 taxi fare from Brighton to Chichester. He must pay £80 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £180 criminal courts charge.

Michael Payne, 27, of Bankside, Charlton Road, Singleton, was discharged conditionally for 12 months after admitting assault by beating in Chichester on September 8, 2015. He must pay £200 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Craig Swadling, 22, of Walberton Green, Walberton, was fined £110 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting using threatening words or behaviour in Walberton on August 30, 2015.

Adam Adams, 20, of Elizabeth House, Clarence Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £250 and must pay £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting driving without insurance on the A27 Lancing on July 15, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points. He also admitted driving without a licence, no separate penalty.

Christopher Kirby, 43, of Caspian Close, Fishbourne, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Arundel Road, Durrington, on June 29, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Sareeya Leeson-Cole, 42, of Foxes Croft, Barnham, was fined £660 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Yapton Road, Barnham, on June 26, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with six points. She also admitted driving without a licence, no separate penalty.

Tina Pettitt, 40, of Wiltshire Croft Court, High Street, Selsey, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guity of driving without insurance in Manor Road, Selsey, on February 17, 2015. She was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Louise Randall, 36, of Victoria Drive, Bognor Regis, was fined £40 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Hotham Way, Bognor Regis, on March 31, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Mark Aldridge, 56, of Somerton Green, Bognor Regis, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting failing to identify a driver when required by police in Shoreham on May 25, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Marc Heatley, 38, of Bridge Cottages, Lidsey Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £330 and must pay £33 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting driving without insurance on the A27 Chichester on June 12, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Dean Hardman, 36, of Kenilworth Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £220 and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of driving without a licence on the A285 Duncton on June 2, 2015.

Laura Muldoon, of Westlands Road, Hunston, was fined £90 and must pay £90 costs, £150 criminal court charge, after admitting keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road in Chichester. She must pay £24.17 vehicle excise back duty.

Michael Gillen, 53, of Harwood Close, Codmore Hill, was fined £230 and must pay £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (95mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Gay Street Lane, Pulborough, on September 30, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 22 months.

Krzysztof Kowalewski, 32, of Canada Grove, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months after admitting stealing clothing worth £22 from Store Twenty One, Bognor Regis, on September 30, 2015. He must pay £15 victim surcharge, £20 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.
