The Lancastrian Infant School pupils were in West Street yesterday morning to unveil their personalised artwork on the hoarding at Sofa Workshop, which is due to open next Saturday.
Budding young artists took part in a competition organised by the store, for the chance to have their designs displayed ahead of the official launch.

Megan Holloway, Sofa Workshop’s marketing manager, said: “I want to say a big thank you to all of the children from The Lancastrian Infant School for taking part in our competition, and special congratulations to Rylee, Brooke and Amy for their fantastic stand out artwork.
“We wanted to jazz up our hoarding and make it a little more exciting for passers-by as the new store takes shape, and what better way than to join up with some budding young artists from the local area.
“We hope everyone living locally enjoys looking at the designs as much as we did.”
