Chichester University gains mid-table place

CHICHESTER University has emerged with a mid-table ranking in a national newspaper study.

The Guardian university guide placed the city’s university 61 out of 120, slipping three places on last year. Its findings delivered a verdict of students having 50 per cent career prospects rating.

A university spokesman said: “The Guardian’s league table shows the university has maintained its position as one of the top modern universities in the country.

“We are ranked first among modern universities for teaching experience and student satisfaction, so we are delighted that our students continue to be happy with their experience here.”
