Chiddingly festival is being tipped to be ‘the best ever’

The 35th Chiddingly Festival is tipped to be the best ever.

It will open with a peal of bells and a film from a local filmmaker about a year in the life of one of the villages most lovable characters, sheep farmer Bob Whitehead.

This starts a fortnight of comedy, music and fun. There will also be a free Beer FestivalWeekend with over 35 local ales, live music to entertain, as well as singing and drumming workshops, an art and craft exhibition and artisan food market. Children will be treated to performances of Circus Bezercus.
