Chimney fire at West Hoathley pub
Firefighters were called to a chimney fire at a pub in West Hoathley yesterday (Tuesday May 13).
The call came just before 11am to the pub in North Lane.
The chimney was well alight when the emergency services arrived.
The first floor of the pub was heavily smoke-logged.
A chimney kit and thermal imaging camera were used and the damaged areas damped down and cut away using small tools.
