Choir to perform summer concerts in Lancing and Worthing

A CHORAL society will perform two summer concerts next month.

The Rowland Singers, based at Goring United Reformed Church, in Shaftesbury Avenue, Goring, will perform contemporary and ‘old-time’ music including songs by Rodgers and Hammerstein, the Beatles and more.

The special guests for the evenings are The Stewart Singers – a husband and wife, song and dance act.

The first show will take place at 7.30pm, July 10, in Lancing Parish Hall, South Street, Lancing. The second show will be in the Emmanuel United Reformed Church, St Michael’s Road, Worthing, on July 15.

Tickets cost £9 for adults and £3 for children, and can be ordered in advance by contacting Helen Emery on 01903 238792.
