Christmas Company at the Battle Emmanuel Centre

Battle Methodist Church at the Emmanuel Centre decided this year that their new kitchen and facilities should be put to good use.

They invited people in the community to join in with a Christmas meal if they felt that they wanted some company.

There was a short Christmas service followed by some entertainment which preceded a Christmas meal with all the trimmings.

Two families were there to provide this event with their adult children giving up their Christmas day to help out.

There is a desire to repeat this provision next year, so watch out for details nearer the time if you would welcome some company on Christmas day – not to mention a sumptuous Christmas dinner!
