Christmas tree farm helps Cubs
Bexhill Mayor Brian Kentfield officially opened Catsfield Christmas Tree Farm for businesses on Saturday helped by local cubs and scouts.
As a thank you, Catsfield Christmas Tree Farm gave a cheque for £75 to The Mayor’s Appeal to raise money for a new campsite hall at Kiteye. He is trying to raise £100,000 to build the hall which will provide dry weather accommodation for the local beavers and cub scouts.
Farm founder Clive Collins said: “It is a good cause and I was delighted to be able to help.”
