Church blessing for St John van

A SPECIALLY adapted van designed to carry handicapped people was blessed at St Thomas More Church, Seaford.

Local MP Norman Baker and the chairman of East Sussex County Council, Michael Tunwell, were among the congregation at a Mass for the Seahaven St John Ambulance Medical Loan Service.

The Mass, which was also attended by clients, relatives and friends of the loan service, was conducted by Father Tony Churchill.
