Church graves research talk into mystery
Anyone interested in genealogy might be interested in coming along to St. Mary’s Church in Udimore on Wednesday 4th June at 2:30 when Sue Lee BA, Archeologist is reporting back on the graves in the churchyard following her research into the records, family history and social impact of those buried there.
What was of particular interest was that she found gravestones for which there were no records and recorded burials for which there were no gravestones.
