Cissbury Ring travellers battle to stay

TRAVELLERS are still on land near Cissbury Ring after Worthing Borough Council's attempt to move them was halted.

A mixture of vehicles are sited at Storrington Rise and were reported to the council four weeks ago.

At Worthing Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, March 18, the case to remove the handful of travellers was adjourned until tomorrow Wednesday, March 24, so an oral hearing at the High Court can take place beforehand.
