and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
Since its founding in 2016, 17 GRAMS has been a destination spot for foodies and coffee lovers in the South of England, with its three popular coffee spots across Brighton and Hove. They have become widely-known for their modern brunch offering and coffee menu that is made up of beans they expertly roast themselves, sourced from some of the best coffee producers from around the world.
Choosing Chichester as their next home was an easy decision. As owner Alexx McKendry explains: “It’s incredibly exciting to become a part of Chichester’s bustling and growing café scene. With our new café we’re looking forward to providing the people of Chichester with a new go-to brunch spot and coffee shop. Whether they’re looking for a quick coffee to-go or to catch up with friends over brunch, we’ll be here to serve them something really special.”

Their first café in the historic Brighton Lanes, followed by their second site located between Hove and Portslade, was joined in 2022 by their very own coffee roastery in the North Laine of Brighton - where they freshly roast a range of exclusive single origins and beautiful coffee blends to be served across their sites.
17 Grams will open the doors of their new café at 58 East Street, PO19 1HL, on Saturday 15 June and local residents are invited to sign up to their mailing list to receive a free coffee and to be in with a chance of winning a brunch for two.
