College holds healthy eating course

HELP is on hand for those in the Rye area who have made a resolution to get fit and healthy with Rye College’s adult education programme launching a course called Happy Eating.

The course, which gets underway next Wednesday, is aimed at those with little to no experience of cooking and will help them to understand more about healthy eating and how to do so in an easy, cheap and fun way.

It is run by Rebekah Gilbert, who has advanced diploma in health amd nutrition from the Royal Society of Public Health. She runs her own company, vivawellbeing, from Rye.
