Compound Blaze
EAST Preston fire crews were called to a blazing garage compound on Monday night in Rustington, in which two cars were destroyed by fire.
Two crews arrived just before 7pm, after being alerted by Caroline Roberts, who lives nearby, and it took them more than three hours to extinguish the blaze in the compound behind Wolstonbury Road.
Police also attended the scene and are now carrying out further investigations, as the fire is thought to have been started deliberately.
