Conservation Garden Party
Rye Conservation Society is holding its annual garden party on Sunday 1st June in the garden of Little Orchard House in 3 West Street.
From 2pm to 5pm people will be able to have a look around one of Rye’s larger private gardens, which contains the so-called Smugglers Tower - a four-story 18th century tower.
Plus there will be a sneak preview of some of the building work at the cinema in Lion Street since the garden backs onto the old FE Centre and Library.
Tickets are £6 on the door with the cost of admission including tea and cake.
