Constables use CPR to save man

TWO young special constables saved the life of an 84-year-old man after his heart stopped on Monday.

Alex Brown, 21, and Robert Teear, 20, were on patrol in Richmond Road, Worthing, when a car stopped in front of them and the man’s daughter came running towards them for help.

The pair got the elderly man out of the car and Alex performed CPR while Robert called an ambulance and tried to keep the man’s family calm.
