Cook up a fish feast for Valentines

Food enthusiasts have the opportunity to learn to cook a fantastic fish feast for their loved one for Valentine's Day at the Classroom on the Coast.

Chef Toby will teach you how to prepare and cook a two course romantic feast which you can sit down and enjoy with your fellow students at the end of the class with a glass of sparkling wine from a Sussex vineyard.

The cookery course takes place on Tuesday February 9 at the Stade Hall, in Hastings Old Town.

You will be cooking succulent pan seared scallops with cauliflower puree, mini bhajis and curry oil to start, followed by Sole Benoit with soft pomme puree and braised French peas.
