COUNTY BREAKING NEWS: Woman, 43, dies during Sussex netball match

Emergency services were called to Hampden Park Sports Centre in Brodrick Road in Eastbourne where the netball match was being played.

The woman is believed to have been a spectator watching her teenage daughter play.

Police, ambulance and the Kent, Surrey and Sussex air ambulance attended but were unable to save the woman.

Police say there were no suspicious circumstances. The coroner for East Sussex has been informed.
