County Times reporters trek 35km for charity

Four County Times reporters are nursing sore leg muscles after completing the ‘A2B Walk’ from Arundel to Brighton on Saturday (September 14).

Reporters Berny Torre, Tim Harris, Ollie McAteer and Harley Tamplin finished the 35km trek (about 22 miles) in times ranging between six hours and 30 minutes and seven hours and ten minutes.

The walk across the South Downs, run by Pied a Terre Adventures and supported by PMW Communications, was in aid of the Dame Vera Lynn Trust for children with cerebral palsy.

The reporters are still hoping to raise money for the charity - donations can be made online here
