Crash closes A27 in both directions
A WOMAN was cut from her car on the A27 yesterday (Tuesday, April 28), after it smashed into a parked lorry.
The collision happened at Hammerpot, just before 7.30pm, and the road was closed in both directions for more than an hour, while fire crews cut her free.
She was described as having minor injuries, and was taken to hospital.
