Crash on Marsh Road
The notorious stretch of road between Bexhill and Pevensey was closed off for two hours following a collision between two Renault Civics.
The accident happened at 7pm on Tuesday evening at the junction between Barnhorn Road and Top Road next to the Lamb Inn.
Two local people inside one of the cars received serious injuries and were taken to Eastbourne District General Hospital.
The female driver of the other car was slightly injured and did not require hospital treatment.
