The annual event which highlights the service community’s contributions to the country will take place in Memorial Gardens from 10am and 1pm on Saturday (June 25). A Crawley council spokesman said entertainment included live music from Crawley’s Got Talent winning singer Eve Ozmen, Pound Hill Junior School Choir and Crawley Millennium Concert Band, with an arts and crafts workshop and soldier-for-the-day activities. Refreshments, provided by a supporter Sainsbury’s Crawley, will be available with all proceeds from donations going to the Royal British Legion.
