It was a fantastic success with rave reviews from both parents and the local community. The students worked really hard to stage a very complicated and highly technical performance of Frank L Baum’s classic story. The play takes Dorothy Gale (Eve) on a whirlwind journey through the Land of Oz, meeting her companions the Lion (Jody), Scarecrow (Mae) and Tinman (Hannah) as well as the Witches, both good (Emily) and bad (Cicely)!

The performance has received rave reviews from all who saw it and the Director, Mrs Tompkins said: “I am so proud of the achievement of all of the students, they put on a stunning show that demonstrated just how creative and dedicated our students at Glebelands are.”
